What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?
We take your health very seriously. If you have any food allergies or intolerance, please contact Gillian directly via email, direct message or on 0432 311 316, prior to commencing your meal plan. 

We do use nuts and seeds, dairy, lupin flour and some soy products. We do NOT use any gluten in store, however some whole food products like nuts and seeds advise on the packaging that they ‘may contain traces of gluten” through processing. 

For this reason, if you are coeliac please advise us in store. We can then provide information on suitable products that do not contain seeds or nuts. 

What if I don’t like a meal on the menu plan for the week?
We do try to accomodate to everyone, however due to the volume of orders we cannot guarantee any menu changes. We hope you understand.  We promise your week will be filled with a yummy variety of fresh meals, give it a try! 

When do I pick up my meals?
We have two pick up days a week - Tuesday and Friday between 4pm-5pm. 
As we make all our meals fresh, you are required to collect on both of these days (unless arranged otherwise.) 

 

Can you deliver to my house? 
Yes! For $10.00 we offer delivery within Geraldton on the same day as pick up (Tuesday & Friday) between 5pm-7pm. Add ‘Delivery’ to your cart along with your meal plan before checkout. 

What if I am not home during delivery hours? 
We suggest leaving an esky or cooler bag by the front door for us to leave your meals in so you don’t miss out. If you’re still at work during those hours, simply arrange your delivery to your work address.

 

Can I eat more than what is provided in the program? 
Ideally, no. However there is a little room if you are particularly active or a male. Our meals are designed to fill you up, so don’t let looks deceive you!  If you need, you can add a boiled egg, half an avocado, some nuts, cold meats or a little bit of cheese. We do offer a “Man Size” option which contains 50% more in each serving.

 

What can I drink along with my meals?
Lots of water, it’s super important to stay hydrated! Avoid cows milk as it is very high in carbs. Opt for cream or unsweetened almond milk instead along with your coffee or tea. 

When is my order and payment due? 
Orders must be in by midday 3 days in advance.
(12pm Sunday for Tuesday collection, or 12pm Wednesday for Friday collection.)

Payment is due the week prior to pick up and can be arranged in store or online through our checkout.
